Hol Horse and Josuke Higashikata set out to find and stop a villain who is harming people in Morioh by using the parrot's Stand ability to reenact the past. Meanwhile, Ryoko Kakyoin seeks to uncover the truth behind her cousin Noriaki's death, and she's convinced that the predictions of a comic book will lead her to the answers.
