In a future where Earth is a neglected backwater in a vast interstellar alliance, a young athlete's meteoric rise in a gravity-defying sport turns into a desperate fight to escape the systemic forces threatening to trap him forever. Jaylen Robinson is a rising sports star from a not-so-great part of the galaxy: Earth. The future is his. This is his chance. But when a desperate job goes wrong just days before a big race, Jaylen's promising sports career threatens to succumb to THE TRAP. Seven-time Pro Bowl linebacker and former Chicago Bear LANCE BRIGGS, Eisner and Harvey Award-nominated writer KYLE HIGGINS (RADIANT BLACK, Immortal Legend Batman), and rising star artist DANILO BEYRUTH (DEEP CUTS, Catwoman) bring you a fast-paced epic about second chances in a world where hard work and talent is no guarantee for success.
